As a real estate lawyer, it takes a great deal for a REALTOR® to amaze me, but David Legaz and his team did. I was handling the sale of a coop apartment from an estate without of state executor and family. Additionally, the self-managed coop was more idiosyncratic than most, making the sale approval process more difficult.
David and his team went above and beyond to ease the transaction through the board and to the closing table, including babysitting the apartment on more than one occasion when repairs and inspections were needed. I will certainly be recommending them again!
