I want to thank you both for your hard work and patience in selling my parent’s apartment. Nancy, I wanted to say this to you yesterday after the closing, but my emotions got the better of me and I couldn’t get the words out! This has been an overwhelming and extremely emotional cleanup for me. Not only did you find the buyer quickly, but she also seems to be a lovely woman. My parents would be delighted to know we sold their apartment to such a nice person plus her daughter has artistic interests, too! The universe has a way of making good connections. I wish Catherine and her daughter much happiness in their new home. The sale of this apartment has been a great holiday gift for many of us. Once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
